Your Role:<\/h2>

• Support our recruitment team by sourcing and engaging German-speaking candidates across various industries.<\/li>
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for our clients’ needs.<\/li>
• Collaborate with hiring managers to better understand job specifications and organizational requirements.<\/li>
• Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, providing a positive experience.<\/li>
• Use various recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality talent efficiently.<\/li>
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and innovative ideas to enhance talent support strategies.<\/li>
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to strengthen your recruitment capabilities.<\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements:<\/h2>

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.<\/li>
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.<\/li>
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and colleagues in a remote setting.<\/li>
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently in a virtual environment.<\/li>
  • A collaborative spirit, excited to work as part of a diverse, remote team.<\/li>
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote capacity.<\/li>
  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.<\/li>
  • Available for a 3-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece.<\/li><\/ul>
