We are recruiting for one of our esteemed clients, a global leader in digital services, looking for multilingual Customer Support Agents across locations in Greece. Embrace this opportunity if you are fluent in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Danish, Czech.
Tasks
- Providing customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Handling inquiries with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborating with international brands in technology, e-commerce, travel, and digital services.
- Adhering to quality and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in one of the mentioned languages.
- Good proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-oriented work ethic.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
- Customer service experience is beneficial, but not necessary.
