Your Main Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for planning and executing all sales activities in your territory.
- Engage in new customer acquisition and nurture existing clients on-site.
- Collaborate with our experts to develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Monitor market trends to expand our network and enhance our brand.
Required Skills
- Commercial education with a strong technical understanding, or technical training with solid commercial knowledge.
- Several years of field sales experience with complex technical products and/or capital goods in project business is desirable.
- High level of initiative and persuasiveness, with strong communication skills across different hierarchical levels.
- Able to read technical drawings and have good spatial thinking and visualization skills. Training in AutoCAD drawing creation is available.
