About the Role

This full-time position requires an initial onboarding in Zurich, with the subsequent opportunity to work remotely from Germany. Monthly visits to our Zurich office, financially supported by BLP, are encouraged to ensure team cohesion.

Your Mission

As a seasoned professional, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology, leading the full implementation of our AI-augmented ERP solutions. Your role is pivotal in transforming client processes and maximizing automation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete project implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term improvements.
• Craft scalable solutions tailored to client workflows and objectives.
• Partner with the engineering team to overcome technical hurdles ensuring seamless system integration.
• Develop trust with clients and drive product adoption.
• Engage with sales to enhance client-tailored implementation plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting or project management.
• Proficient project management, cross-functional, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• ERP systems knowledge and AI-driven SaaS experience is advantageous.
