Position Details

Position: Software Engineer
Type: Freelance
Compensation: $70–$80/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 1–2 months
Commitment: 15–25 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Write realistic, self-contained prompts for client-side web apps, games, tools, and simulations.
• Create precise, binary rubrics tagged by verification type.
• Ensure all rubric items are pass/fail and verifiable from screenshot and code inspection.
• Develop high-quality vibe coding data to train models on client-side web development skills, including state management, interactivity, UI correctness, and robustness.
• Collaborate with AI labs to improve AI model performance on real-world client-side web development tasks.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience in frontend/full-stack development or technical content creation.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JS.
• Comfortable writing precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
