Job Description

At hey contact heroes, we are embarking on an exciting new project for a renowned mobile network brand, focusing on prepaid customer service. This role is 100% remote within the EU (excluding Germany).

Tasks

• Manage inbound calls related to prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, recharges, and basic technical queries.
• Operate within a professional project environment with dedicated contacts.
• Enjoy flexible work times, deciding your own schedule.
• Compensation is offered per hour or productive minute, depending on the project model.

Requirements

Legal & Formal Requirements

• Freelancer status in your country of residence.
• Residency outside Germany.
• Ability to issue proper invoices compliant with local laws.
• Meet tax obligations in your own country.

Professional & Personal Requirements

• German proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Experience in telephonic customer service is a plus.
• Independent work style and organizational skills.
• Long-term interest in the project.

Technical Requirements

• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbit/s).
• Headset, dual monitors, webcam, and a high-performance PC.
• Quiet home office space without third-party access.
• Proficiency with web-based tools.
