As a Financial Regulatory Analyst (m/f/d), your main responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and analyzing financial regulations and interpreting their implications on ADM's business activities.
• Conducting feasibility analysis on ad-hoc change requests from business units.
• Leading projects to implement regulatory requirements and improve existing processes.
• Supporting audits across different jurisdictions and assisting communication with national authorities.
• Managing regulatory transaction reporting under various regulations (e.g., EMIR and REMIT).
• Ensuring up-to-date documentation of regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to increase awareness and conduct training on regulatory obligations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, financial law, or a relevant field.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project implementation, including internships.
• Basic knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., EMIR/MiFID II/REMIT) and commodity derivatives trading.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of another European language, especially German, is advantageous.
• Independent worker with strong task management skills.
