Job Description
As a Financial Professional at Mercor, you will be responsible for crafting realistic business and finance prompts, performing thorough analyses, and assessing AI-generated content. This role demands a high degree of numerical accuracy and conceptual understanding across various financial and strategic domains.
Tasks
- Compose business and finance scenarios covering areas like financial statement analysis, corporate strategy, and investment analysis.
- Critique and refine AI-generated responses for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Author "gold" standard responses for complex scenarios.
- Create varied prompts to test regulatory and market condition differences.
- Identify and diagnose AI model failure cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in relevant domains.
- Proficient in business and financial terminology across one or more specified languages.
- Excellent written communication skills and analytical prowess.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of making well-reasoned decisions.
