Your Role

As a Field Service Technician (m/f/d), you'll play a critical role in advancing sustainable energy solutions with your expertise. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct installations and maintenance of our heat pumps for customers and operators.
• Provide customer-oriented support both on-site and over the phone to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support your colleagues in the technical field service in your extended area of operation.
• Participate in an on-call service to assist our customers promptly.

Requirements

• Completed specific training as a plant mechanic SHK, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronic technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer with ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician.
• Experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or climate and ventilation technology.
• Category 1 refrigeration certificate, Category 2 certificate advantageous.
• Valid driver's license, Class B.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written.
