Your Role
- Conduct installations and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and plant operators.
- Provide service-oriented advice to customers both on the phone and onsite.
- Support technical field service colleagues in your extended operational area.
- Take on on-call duties to provide prompt assistance to our customers.
Requirements
- Completed technical training as a systems mechanic in HVAC, refrigeration mechatronics, or electrical engineering; further qualification as a master craftsman or technician is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service roles, ideally in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC systems.
- Possess the category 1 refrigerant certificate; category 2 is an advantage.
- Valid Class B driving license and proficiency in German.
