Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on occupational health and safety and accident prevention.
• Develop and implement training and education concepts for operational leaders and employees.
• Organize and conduct internal training programs focusing on safety and HSEQ standards.
• Assess work-related risks and implement appropriate preventive measures.
• Conduct safety inspections at our branches and client sites.
• Collaborate with authorities, insurance agencies, and external partners.
• Manage reporting and metrics for safety performance and improvement measures.

Requirements:

• Qualified Safety Specialist (FASI) according to ASiG and DGUV standards.
• Several years of experience in safety management or HSEQ preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of legal and insurance-related safety regulations.
• Additional training in environmental protection, hazardous materials, energy management, and fire protection is a plus.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills with confident interaction with leaders and staff.
• Willingness to travel within Northeast Germany.
• Driver's license Class B.
