Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies, including store segmentation and brand mix definition.
- Set annual category goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure a market-oriented product offering for new openings, renovations, and relocations.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional calendars and activities.
- Advise the global category team on product selection strategies.
- Work closely with the planning team to optimize inventory levels.
- Conduct strategic reviews with thorough analyses and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business, product management, marketing, or related field.
- At least five to six years of experience in product management or merchandising, preferably in retail, fashion, or a similar industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing product strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
- Knowledge of inventory management and planning.
