We are looking for an Expert in Procurement, AI & Digitization to drive initiatives that align with global digital and AI guidelines while adhering to security standards and compliance. Your mission is to enhance procurement performance and sustainability strategies through innovative solutions.

Tasks

• Shape the AI and digital roadmap for global Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategies, ensuring alignment with Wilo’s vision and compliance standards.
• Develop AI and machine learning applications from concept to global rollout.
• Collaborate with Centers of Competence and external technology partners to scale and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and promote an AI-ready culture within procurement teams.
• Expand technology partnerships and continuously evolve our digital processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar with procurement process knowledge.
• Experience in AI and digital technologies within Source-to-Pay processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, and skilled in modern tools such as Copilot and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English in an international environment.
• Appreciation for diversity and teamwork with the ability to build trust and achieve goals in dynamic settings.
