Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Expert in E-Invoicing to oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and the further development of interfaces for our systems. This role offers remote work options.

Job Offer Details

The ideal candidate will monitor interfaces between in-house ERP, Kofax OCR, SAP, and specific customer or government platforms, analyze and resolve financial data discrepancies, and coordinate closely with our accounting, IT development, and external service partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and troubleshooting E-Invoicing interfaces
• Analyzing financial data errors and performing root-cause analysis
• Documenting interfaces and solution paths for auditing and compliance
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure system integrity

Requirements

• Extensive experience in invoice monitoring, OCR, and electronic invoicing
• Deep knowledge of SAP (preferably S4/Hana or R3) and a strong IT acumen
• Experience with ERP systems and interface management
• Proficiency in data analysis and consultation for system improvements
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders
