We are seeking reliable, motivated freelancers fluent in German and Dutch to support our inbound customer service operations. If you're a freelance professional who resides within the EU, but outside Germany, and you're interested in working remotely, we want to hear from you!

Tasks

Your mission:

• Handling inbound calls primarily related to job-bicycles/bicycles.
• Work in a professional project environment with dedicated contacts.
• Flexible work hours as per project needs; choose your own working times.
• Compensation on a per productive minute basis, varying by project model.
• Fully remote work from your location within the EU (excluding Germany).

Requirements

Your profile:

Legal & formal requirements:

• Freelancer status in your country of residence.
• Residence outside of Germany.
• Ability to issue compliant invoices in accordance with the legal requirements of your country to international clients (i.e., us).
• Fulfillment of tax obligations in your own country.

Professional & personal requirements:

• Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level.
• Proficiency in Dutch at C1/C2 level.
• Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage.
• Independent working style & strong organizational skills.
• Long-term interest in project participation.

Technical requirements:

• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbit/s).
• Required equipment: a headset, two monitors, webcam, and a capable PC.
• A quiet, undisturbed home office space (no third-party access/view).
• Proficiency with web-based tools.
