Tasks

• Manage incoming support requests and service tickets.
• Conduct client discussions and implement quality assurance test methods.
• Document software errors and quality requirements.

Requirements

• IT-related qualification, such as IT Clerk or IT Specialist.
• Experience in service desks or help desks is preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ERP solutions.
• Strong German language skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
