About the Role

As an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, your mission is to implement and enhance environmental protection, workplace safety, and energy efficiency measures. Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance and promote health and safety awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction, execution, and optimization of environmental protection and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Provide support and consultation to management on health, safety, environmental, and energy topics.
• Manage projects focused on sustainability and compliance; implement necessary processes according to our strategy and legal requirements.
• Develop and conduct training programs.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and facilitate audits both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, Safety Engineering, or similar fields.
• Certification as Safety Specialist is desirable.
• Experience in occupational safety, fire protection, environmental protection, and energy management.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 standards and relevant legislation.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking and technical understanding.
• High initiative, independence, and flexibility.
