About the Role

We are expanding our Enterprise segment and seeking a strategic sales professional with in-depth industry expertise to drive sustainable revenue growth through tailored solutions and professional stakeholder management at the C-Level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic enterprise client relationships ('One Face to the Customer')
  • Managing complex sales cycles (approx. 12 months) from inception to closure
  • Qualifying and handling tenders
  • Creating client-specific proposals including pricing strategies
  • Building compelling business cases (ROI, feasibility)
  • Conducting strategic pipeline and forecast management in CRM
  • Leading pilot projects closely with Operations
  • Proactively identifying new clients and building networks; attending industry events

Requirements

Must-have:

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the enterprise segment
  • Deep industry knowledge in fleet and vehicle management
  • Proven track record in concluding complex, long-term sales cycles
  • Experience with tenders and custom proposal structures
  • Proficient with CRM systems (forecasting, reporting, proposal management)
  • Excellent German and English language skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking
  • High degree of self-responsibility and structured working approach
  • Resilience and persistence in long sales cycles
