About the Role
As an Enterprise Architect - Cybersecurity, you will ensure that digital transformation and business strategies are securely enabled through a sustainable security architecture and governance roadmap. You will collaborate closely with enterprise architects and relevant stakeholders to embed security guidelines as an integral part of the overall architecture, ensuring consistent and decision-ready architecture artifacts.
Your Tasks
- Develop a target security architecture and roadmap, translating cyber trends and market dynamics into practical implementations.
- Establish minimal viable architectures and security guardrails as binding elements within the EA governance model.
- Prepare security architecture decisions and manage PSA alignments with the target architecture.
- Conduct gap analysis and align stakeholders to seamlessly integrate security needs with business goals.
- Contribute actively in cybersecurity governance, enhancing transparency, control, and traceability towards "industry-leading resilience & cybersecurity".
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in architecture and security, ideally with a focus on security architecture and governance.
- Proficiency with EA and security frameworks like TOGAF, ArchiMate, NIST, and ISO 27001.
- Strong in stakeholder communication and leading without formal authority.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
