About The Role

Abnormal AI is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our DACH team, focusing on selling cutting-edge security solutions to major enterprise-level clients across a defined territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Local Expertise: Based in Germany, with a comprehensive understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • Prospecting Ability: Skilled at early-stage pipeline building and capable of efficiently utilizing AE prospecting, SDR, Marketing, Channel, and Customer referrals.
  • Sales Proficiency: Capable of identifying and addressing customer pain points effectively, maintaining a disciplined sales process, and ensuring data accuracy across sales channels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: adept at liaising with departments such as Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to meet client needs.
  • Start-up Agility: Capable of thriving in a resource-limited, fast-paced start-up environment with notable larger competitors.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Sales: Deliver Abnormal security solutions to enterprise accounts, aiming to exceed annual recurring revenue targets.
  • Account Management: Facilitate contract signings and upsells with enterprise accounts exceeding 3k mailboxes, ensuring the maintenance and expansion of client relationships.
  • Pipeline Generation: Create new business opportunities, continuously feeding the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Customer Success teams for timely renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise and consistent sales data across platforms like Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.

Must Haves

  • Enterprise Sales Experience: Over 3 years of direct enterprise experience, particularly in cybersecurity software sales.
  • Technical Acumen: Knowledgeable in key areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Educational Background: A BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
