In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic sales initiatives and growth in enterprise accounts with a focus on expanding platform adoption. You will actively engage in selling a unified enterprise platform, catering to complex organizational needs, and ensuring increased wallet share.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 named enterprise accounts, driving structured expansion and adoption.
- Conduct complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across diverse sectors including IT, security, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate large transactions and cross-sell opportunities, presenting business value to senior decision makers such as CIOs and VPs.
- Coordinate internal resources such as sales engineering, marketing, and customer success to support growth strategies.
- Oversee executive-level meetings and maintain exceptional CRM practices.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales within large, complex organizations.
- Experience with sales quotas exceeding €1m and expertise in endpoint and cybersecurity platforms.
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives and adopt strategic sales frameworks such as MEDDICC.
