Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team with a focus on agile collaboration
• Support technical advancement and collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders
• Bring your experience in brokerage and investments to guide technical decisions
• Promote technical excellence through architecture, code reviews, and best practices
• Participate actively in recruiting to expand our engineering team

Requirements

• Significant experience in developing cloud-based web applications, preferably with AWS
• Proficient in Java, REST APIs, and modern SPA frameworks such as Angular
• Experience in leading engineering teams with agile methods like Scrum or Kanban
• Analytical, strategic thinker with structured and solution-oriented work style
• Degree in (Business/Media) Informatics or a comparable qualification
