Join Our Team as an Engineer for Property Valuation

At GMSH, a central service provider for Schleswig-Holstein, we set sustainable standards in public construction, management, and procurement with 1,700 employees. We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to bring clarity to complex cases from land assessment to final report.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform traffic value assessment of developed and undeveloped properties.
• Evaluate rights and encumbrances on properties, such as easements and usufructs.
• Gather and verify documents, conduct site visits, and research comparable data.
• Analyze situations meticulously, choose the appropriate valuation method, and derive accurate values.
• Document and justify findings through clearly structured reports and maintain communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Several years of experience in property valuation.
• Strong verbal and written German communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn specialized applications.
• Valid Class B driver's license and readiness for travel within and occasionally beyond Schleswig-Holstein.
