The Medical Association in Potsdam ensures outpatient medical care in Brandenburg and views itself as a committed representative and service provider for over 5,000 outpatient doctors and psychotherapists in the region.
Within the KV RegioMed department, we are responsible for organizing and advancing the emergency medical service in Brandenburg. This includes setting up and maintaining emergency practices and close collaboration with internal and external partners. A key focus of our work is steering and developing IT-supported processes and ensuring the safe and compliant use and management of medical devices in emergency service. To support our department, we are seeking an employee for system coordination and medical products in emergency service for an initial two-year term.
Your Tasks
- Coordinate, implement, and support IT and software applications in emergency medical services.
- Manage projects for new IT solutions including process development, timeline, and measures planning.
- Oversee projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct training for staff and users in emergency services.
- Ensure medical device safety in emergency practices according to legal requirements (e.g., § 6 MPBetreibV).
- Coordinate testing, documentation, and reporting duties in the medical device area.
- Act as an interface to quality management, occupational safety, hygiene, procurement, and external partners.
- Create and maintain project materials, manuals, reports, and regulation documents.
Your Profile
- Completed training or degree in medical, technical, scientific, or a related field.
- Several years of experience supporting IT systems or applications, ideally in healthcare.
- Knowledge in project management and experience coordinating complex projects.
- Qualification as a medical device safety officer or willingness to obtain it per § 6 MPBetreibV.
- Technical understanding and affinity for digital applications and new IT systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured, independent working style.
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with various target groups.
- Team, service orientation, and flexibility in daily work.
