Job Description
MAGNA Care GmbH is dedicated to providing innovative, individualized, high-quality intensive care services both in home settings and in group living arrangements. We are looking for a dedicated Facility Manager to join our expanding team in Hamburg as soon as possible. In this role, you will ensure professional care delivery and lead the team to improve care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the professional and organizational management of your team, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with S2 guidelines, maintaining and developing high-quality care measures.
- Support clients in regaining autonomy and everyday normalcy through committed leadership.
- Manage admissions and occupancy efficiently, applying team resources strategically.
- Promote staff development through coaching, guidance, and everyday support.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, relatives, and team members to ensure transparent communication.
- Handle duty and vacation planning efficiently, ensuring completeness and compliance.
- Maintain accurate, lawful care documentation and performance records.

Your Profile
- Completion of a three-year nursing qualification (such as Nursing Specialist, Health and Nursing Care, or Geriatric Care)
- Completion of leadership training as per Hamburg's professional training regulations, including basic and advanced levels, with a preference for the in-depth leadership level
- Minimum of two years of professional experience, with relevant experience in intensive out-of-hospital care
- Leadership experience in nursing or the willingness to quickly acquire this through qualification
- Desirable: Specialist training in intensive and anesthetic care or qualification as an expert in out-of-hospital ventilation
- Competency in handling medical treatment care prescriptions
