About the Role

As a Dual Student (m/f/d) at Europcar, you will embark on an exciting journey alternating between theoretical studies and practical work experience. Enrolled at the NORDAKADEMIE in Elmshorn, this role offers the perfect blend of learning and working within our headquarters, rotating through various departments such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.

Your Tasks

• Engage in a comprehensive 3.5-year program that combines studies and practical training.
• Participate in a cycle of 3-month rotations between academic and practical phases starting October 1, 2026.
• Collaborate on international projects and gain insights into the workings of a global mobility leader.
• Aim for long-term growth and development within the company post-study.
