The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a financial services focus and crypto-related exposure.
• Strong managerial and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in German and English.
