Your Role

As our Director Investment Management (m/f/d), you will shape the commercial advancement of a key investment area. You will take charge of negotiations, market management, partner development, and team leadership, establishing investment management as a clear value driver in our company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee negotiation and partner strategies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct complex negotiations with market partners for robust agreements.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and partner performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Actively manage revenue, budget, and result targets while developing strategies for commercial success.
  • Guide new business processes via reliable pricing and compelling quality arguments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive commercial, legal, and operational agreements are achieved.
  • Advance standards, processes, and reporting for data-driven management.
  • Nurture and lead staff, setting clear goals and fostering personal development.

Requirements

  • Years of experience in investment management, purchasing, trading, or commercial management.
  • Proficiency in digital media and global platform landscapes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, contractual, and partner management skills.
  • Strong market understanding with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proven network within the industry and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical, structured, and decisive with a deep understanding of numbers and KPIs.
  • Experience in team leadership and development.
  • Fluent in German with excellent English skills. Proficient in office and reporting tools.
