Join Frankfurter Volksbank Rhein-Main eG located in Aschaffenburg as a full-time or part-time Department Head (m/f/d) in Regional Marketing. This role involves strategic responsibility for marketing communications, including managing regional promotions and budget oversight. You will lead and develop a team, enhance regional brand presence, and engage with external partners.

Tasks

• Oversee strategic and operational marketing communication, focusing on event formats.
• Manage regional funding strategies, such as crowdfunding and sponsorships, with budget responsibility.
• Lead and develop your team professionally and personally, creating a motivating work environment.
• Enhance the regional brand presence through consistent communication on relevant topics.
• Lead projects from conception to implementation.
• Represent the bank externally, maintaining active networks with regional partners and institutions.
• Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate closely with executive levels.

Requirements

• Completed degree or commercial training with equivalent additional education.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in marketing, communication, or events.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing and communications, particularly corporate and event communication.
• Project management experience and a structured, results-oriented work style.
• Digital affinity and openness to innovative communication methods.
• Confident, persuasive demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Reliability and flexibility, including evening or weekend appointments.
• Passion for leading and developing staff.
