Your Tasks

• Create, analyze, and interpret IDA evaluations (Information and Data Analysis of the cooperative financial group).
• Prepare complex data for management reports and decision-making foundations.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of dashboards, standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Support the advancement of our data governance and reporting frameworks.
• Closely cooperate with departments such as market development, sales, risk control, and overall bank management.
• Analyze business processes to identify data-driven optimization and action potentials.
• Participate in projects on digitization, automation, and data quality in the banking environment.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or studies in economics, business informatics, data analytics, or similar fields.
• Experience in the banking environment, ideally within the cooperative financial group.
• Profound knowledge of the IDA system landscape, particularly IDA Classic, IDA New, or relevant evaluation tools.
• Proficiency in common analysis methods, ideally SQL, Excel Power Tools, or reporting software (e.g., Power BI).
• Initiative, analytical thinking, high numerical affinity, and a structured working method.
• Communication strength, confident demeanor, and enthusiasm for presenting complex issues simply.
• Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
