Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to drive the commercial expansion of innovative electric construction machinery in the DACH region. This role focuses on introducing and selling electric machines such as excavators and wheel loaders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Job Details

This position reports directly to the Country Manager and BEV Team Head and offers flexibility to work from Hamm or anywhere within Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales targets and driving business development throughout the DACH region.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships with major construction companies, rental services, and government agencies.
  • Leading sales activities, including bids and client negotiations.
  • Strengthening the dealer network and supporting sales promotions.
  • Conducting marketing campaigns and events to position the company as a leading provider.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development within the machinery construction industry.
  • Proven experience in the sale of construction machinery and dealer management.
  • Fluency in German and English.
