Position Details:
Role: Red Team Data Expert
Type: Full-time or Part-time Contract Work
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct red team operations on conversational AI models and agents through methods like jailbreaks, prompt injections, and bias exploitation.
• Annotate failures, classify vulnerabilities, and flag systemic risks to generate high-quality human data.
• Follow taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks for consistent testing.
• Produce reproducible reports, datasets, and attack cases for customer action.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in red teaming within AI adversarial contexts, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
• Native-level fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Adversarial ML, Cybersecurity, or Socio-technical risk.
• Creative probing skills such as psychology, acting, or writing for unconventional adversarial thinking.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor with weekly payments via Stripe Connect.
