Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Ubstadt-Weiher / Bruchsal. This role involves supporting our project management team with accounting and administrative tasks.

Job Description

As a Commercial Clerk, you will handle various administrative duties and special tasks specific to our operation. You will engage directly with our construction and project management teams regarding all financial queries, preparing and processing documentation for invoicing, and managing communications with authorities and suppliers, especially concerning traffic-related orders.

Tasks

• Conduct general commercial activities and take on specific special assignments.
• Be the direct contact for the construction and project management for all commercial issues.
• Prepare and process measurement documents for billing.
• Review and process creditor invoices.
• Manage correspondence with authorities and suppliers, mainly about traffic regulation orders.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); SAP skills are advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written German.
• Demonstrate initiative and value teamwork.
