Key Responsibilities

• Support clinical trial site management following Fortrea SOPs, ICH-GCP, and sponsor protocols under expert supervision.
• Assist in site monitoring activities, ensuring adherence to patient safety and protocols.
• Perform source data verification and review eCRFs to ensure data quality.
• Maintain trial documentation to support inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting site performance and timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related field.
• 12+ months of onsite monitoring experience.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
