Role Overview
As a Client Success Specialist, you will ensure that organizations experience high-quality, responsive, and value-driven engagement through their certification or advisory journey. Your efforts will be pivotal in enhancing client retention, improving satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to enhance client experience from inquiry to long-term engagement.
- Optimize client journeys and service standards across divisions.
- Develop feedback mechanisms and analyze CX metrics to improve service quality.
- Drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.
- Build strong relationships and resolve complex disputes collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in sustainability or related sectors.
- Proven cross-cultural experience and knowledge of CX metrics.
- Experience with CRM systems and performance tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
