Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client contracts and business transactions.
  • Coordinate client requirements across various interfaces.
  • Serve as the internal coordinator between clients, advisors, specialists, and contract services.
  • Ensure the adherence to client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and facilitate continuous client communication to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Handle specific client requirements and claims processing comprehensively.
  • Consolidate specialized offer templates into presentable comprehensive offers.
  • Prepare for and follow up on annual client meetings in cooperation with the advisors.
  • Support the client budgeting process.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in insurance and finance or comparable experience.
  • Generalist knowledge of various insurance lines.
  • Experience with implementing and managing international insurance programs.
  • Capability in handling customer demands with a service-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational and task prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
