The Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Development, maintenance, and evaluation of a municipal energy management system
  • Energy analysis and evaluation of properties
  • Technical optimization of existing facilities and support for energy-related construction projects
  • Monitoring and success assessment of implemented measures for evaluating and maintaining energy improvements

You Bring With You:

  • Completed qualification as a state-certified technician in a relevant field, e.g., building, energy, or environmental technology, supply technology, building technology or a comparable field related to energy management
  • Relevant professional experience in energy or building management, technical building equipment, or energy efficiency
  • Solid knowledge of technical building equipment and a good understanding of building physics and energy contexts
  • Knowledge in building automation or control and regulation technology
  • Independent, structured, and analytical work style, coupled with organizational skills
  • Communication and team skills as well as confident, reliable demeanor in contact with internal and external partners
  • Driver's license class B and willingness to travel within the district
