Tasks

• Identify potential and talent on the candidate side, engage in personal conversations, and build relationships.
• Meet with companies to understand their systems, philosophy, and culture.
• Provide advice on next steps, processes with companies, trial workdays, and potential contract offers.
• Consult on the wishes, strategies, and specific requirements of the companies.
• Facilitate the connection between candidates and companies, clearing obstacles to create a successful collaboration.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., in sports or fitness) or a degree in business administration.
• Initial experience in sales or consulting.
• Strong perseverance, drive for success, and passion in your work approach.
• Positive mindset towards challenges, intrinsic motivation, initiative, and responsibility.
• Desire to drive projects independently while keeping team and common goals in sight.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
