Job Description
- Networking: Identify personnel requirements for specialists and executives through personal, telephone, and video conversations with insiders and decision-makers in the corporate landscape. Over time, become a recognized expert and headhunter within your market segment, where candidates and clients actively reach out to you.
- Sales: Independently acquire search mandates for filling specialist and leadership positions. Define requirements and strategy with clients for successful job placements, negotiate terms, and act as a Key Account Manager for larger clients.
- Recruiting: Utilize existing candidate pools, active direct sourcing through various media and channels, and job advertisements to identify suitable candidates. Review and prepare select candidates through conversations, reference checks, and assessments.
Requirements
- Intrinsic motivation, resilience, enthusiasm, and passion for sales.
- Initial sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
- A desire to influence the success of each client project directly.
- A solutions-oriented approach backed by a positive outlook and team spirit.
- A completed degree or similar commercial training and proficiency in both German and English.
