This key role oversees the crucial SAP S/4 HANA implementation for eleven teamsports GmbH, working at the intersection of business requirements and IT solutions with a focus on omnichannel retail processes and SAP's latest cloud solutions.
About the Job
As a Business & Process Consultant, you'll analyze, design, and optimize comprehensive retail processes, align them with omnichannel strategies, and work extensively with core ERP modules to bring scalable IT solutions in SAP S/4 HANA to life. A primary part of the position involves driving process automation, analytics, and extensibility by interfacing SAP Cloud solutions on the Business Technology Platform.
Tasks
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end retail processes.
- Participate in SAP S/4 HANA implementation with potential for process innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs.
- Conduct workshops and manage expectations across teams.
- Create detailed process documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years in SAP or business consulting, ideally focused on retail or eCommerce.
- Strong skills in analytics, documentation, and communication.
- Understanding of cloud integration; SAP Business Technology Platform knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; SAP certification is desirable.
- Fluency in English and German required.
