Your Area of Responsibility:

Do fashion and data belong together? At Popken Fashion Group, they sure do! As a BI Engineer, you'll be establishing the technological foundation for data-driven decisions in an international omni-channel company. From warehouse logistics to the online shop, assortment planning to marketing performance, your work will make our data visible, usable, and reliable.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and operate modern, scalable BI and analytics solutions based on Microsoft Azure & Databricks.
• Connect new data sources and conceptualize metadata-driven ETL processes.
• Derive and implement professional business logic into the data mart.
• Ensure data quality and technical consistency.
• Implement and maintain technical standards (e.g., CI/CD).

We offer flexible work arrangements with a strong team spirit. You can arrange your workdays remotely, but personal interaction is vital for us. Therefore, we meet on two set team days per week at our headquarters in Rastede to work on projects together.

Your Profile:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Experience with Big Data, modern data architectures, and automated data processes.
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style.
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for bridging technology and business.
• Optional: Experience with web technologies and ML Flow.
