Job Summary

We are seeking a Broker Property (m/f/d) to join our team at one of our various locations in Germany, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.

Job Responsibilities

• Consult, design, and place individual department solutions for assigned clients and new acquisitions.
• Support and actively accompany high-complexity client consultations: lead discussions, identify specific insurance needs, and develop coverage concepts.
• Conduct open-broked tenders for the department, including conception, pricing, and implementation.
• Perform department-specific risk and detailed analyses.
• Advise on insured, insurable, and non-insurable risks, and manage contract changes.
• Adapt existing contracts based on market and risk specifics, and represent Aon at professional events.
• Develop and systematize knowledge for dissemination among colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in insurance or a completed degree (e.g., in Economics).
• Specialized knowledge and several years of professional experience in the Property field.
• Experience in designing and placing complex insurance solutions and international programs.
• Market knowledge in national and international property sectors
• Strong advisory, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent English skills in both spoken and written form.
