Job Description

As a Business Development Consultant with a focus on Customer Data, you will drive the qualitative improvement of customer master data across the company. You are expected to identify optimization opportunities, implement targeted measures, and support company-wide strategic goals.

Tasks

• Actively participate in companywide initiatives for enhancing customer master data quality.
• Identify potential areas for optimization and implement strategies to achieve strategic goals.
• Collaborate across departments in projects that support customer data objectives.
• Develop company-wide standards and derive procedural requirements for masterdata systems.
• Lead projects related to customer master data improvement and support change processes with strategic foresight.
• Manage project controlling, benefits tracking, and risk management, representing the area in various committees and presentations at senior management levels.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• Proven experience and know-how in professional project management of larger projects.
• Strong conceptual skills and experience in moderating workshops with management stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and organizational development, along with KPI-based control via controlling or corporate development.
• Aptitude for network building and effective communication in committees.
