Your Tasks

• Assist in overall construction management of road and civil engineering projects until their completion.
• Coordinate construction activities and support the supervision of various trades including earthworks, asphalt construction, drainage, structural and special civil engineering.
• Ensure quality and timeline compliance while overseeing on-site work.
• Contribute to the documentation of construction processes, perform accounting, and review additional claims.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a construction emphasis, or a similar qualification in the construction field; technician/master in road construction is also accepted.
• Initial experience in construction management or supervision, ideally in road, civil, or deep construction projects.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, especially VOB and HOAI.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and assertiveness.
• Excellent German language skills, English is advantageous.
• Interest in infrastructure topics and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany for project site visits; Driver’s license class B required.
