About the Role

As a Backend Engineer, you will be instrumental in evolving our core banking products powered by a microservice architecture. You will work with technologies like Java 8, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, within a collaborative environment that values knowledge sharing and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust software solutions.
• Manage project priorities and collaborate with team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Uphold high technical standards for scalability, security, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Experience with JVM languages like Java and Kotlin in large-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture principles.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, preferably AWS.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
