Job Summary

As a B2B Outbound Sales Manager, you will be key in establishing and developing our outbound sales team. Your role involves direct outreach to prospects, analyzing their needs, presenting our automotive services, and guiding leads to completion.

Detailed Description

We are setting up a new B2B outbound sales department and seek an individual with extensive experience in B2B tele-acquisition, eager to shape processes and structures. You'll collaborate closely with branches and the sales team to foster a robust outbound sales operation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive B2B outbound calls.
  • Develop and implement a new outbound sales process.
  • Identify needs and provide advice, showcasing our products and services.
  • Arrange appointments or close sales deals directly.
  • Create and diligently follow up on leads and offers.
  • Manage your sales pipeline independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Handle objections professionally, ensuring high conversation quality.
  • Collaborate with branches, field sales, and development teams.
  • Maintain CRM systems and identify process and market potentials.

Requirements

  • Commercial education or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in outbound sales or professional B2B tele-sales.
  • Ability to strategically and independently develop cold acquisition strategies.
  • Preferably familiar with the tire, automotive, or car service industries.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and IT applications.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
