Your Tasks

  • During your training, you'll steadily evolve into a specialist in social insurance, advising people on health issues and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • You will familiarize yourself with the processes of a statutory health insurance company, gaining insights into our innovative health and service offerings.
  • You'll acquire in-depth knowledge relating to health, preventive care, membership, and contributions, enabling you to assist insured people competently in times of illness or care needs.
  • Processing applications will become routine – naturally with our support and guidance.
  • As you develop, you'll take on responsibility: engaging with customers, actively listening, and finding suitable solutions for their individual concerns.
  • Theory and practice go hand in hand here – complemented by teamwork and joy in learning together.

Your Profile

  • What matters to us is personality, not just educational background: Whether you have a middle school diploma, a (specialized) high school diploma, some university semesters, or a completed vocation – you're welcome here!

  • You are eager to understand the healthcare system and contribute to one of Germany's largest health insurance providers.
  • You have a talent for communication: You can listen well, explain clearly, and remain empathetic even in difficult moments.

  • Excellent German language skills at a minimum level of C1 enable you to communicate professionally with insured individuals and colleagues.
