Your Responsibilities

• Grow into an expert in social insurance and gain the skills to advise clients on health-related topics.
• Become familiar with the operations of a legal health insurance provider and our innovative health and service offerings.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge about health, prevention, membership, and contributions to assist clients effectively during illness or care.
• Handle applications and take charge of customer interactions, actively listening and providing tailored solutions.
• Balance theory and practice through teamwork and enthusiastic learning experiences.

Your Profile

• You're a natural communicator, capable of listening, explaining, and empathizing in challenging situations.
• Team spirit and excellent German skills at C1 level or above are essential for professional communication.
