Job Description
This is a dynamic role involving significant travel across Germany to ensure that products function as intended and that customers receive excellent support. You will play a crucial role in verifying product functionality and reporting back to the head office with detailed diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations between 6am and 9am to check product functioning and perform minor fixes.
- Provide thorough, clear diagnostic feedback to the head office team.
- Manage regular travel within Germany, including 4 to 5 nights away when required.
- Collaborate with the head office, effectively communicating in English.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany and fluent in German.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Willingness and availability for immediate start on a 2 to 3-month contract.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
- Technical curiosity and ability to perform uncomplicated product checks and fixes.
