Job Description

This is a dynamic role involving significant travel across Germany to ensure that products function as intended and that customers receive excellent support. You will play a crucial role in verifying product functionality and reporting back to the head office with detailed diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations between 6am and 9am to check product functioning and perform minor fixes.
• Provide thorough, clear diagnostic feedback to the head office team.
• Manage regular travel within Germany, including 4 to 5 nights away when required.
• Collaborate with the head office, effectively communicating in English.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany and fluent in German.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness and availability for immediate start on a 2 to 3-month contract.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Technical curiosity and ability to perform uncomplicated product checks and fixes.
