We are looking for an enthusiastic Architect (m/f/d) to join our branch in Wolfratshausen, close to Munich, on a full-time basis.

Job Description

The position involves comprehensive planning and management of architectural phases 1-5 according to HOAI, under internal planning standards. You will be responsible for the preparation of preliminary, construction, sales, execution, and detailed plans in the building construction sector. You will develop floor plans, sections, views, and site plans for residential, commercial, retail, hotel, and care buildings. Creating and maintaining 3D models and working with BIM methodologies are also essential tasks. Furthermore, you will coordinate and graphically implement consultations with structural engineers, building physicists, MEP planners, and fire and noise protection experts. Handling special requests and contributing to execution planning are also part of the role. Collaboration with project management, work preparation, site management, customer consulting, and cost estimation is essential.

Tasks

• Plan and manage architectural phases 1-5 according to HOAI
• Create preliminary, construction, sales, execution, and detailed plans
• Develop 3D models and work within BIM methodologies
• Coordinate with various experts including engineers and consultants
• Contribute to execution planning and handle special requests

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or comparable qualification
• Experience in design, approval, and execution planning
• Proficient in Allplan (Nemetschek) and familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of planning and building regulations
• Independent, structured, and responsible work style
• Team player with strong communication skills
• German language skills at a C1 level are required
